How to settle the payment
When we get to the agreement of the program and the cost, then
25percent amount of the tour cost should be paid in advance by bank
transferring to the bank which will be advised upon the agreement of
the tour. The amount should be understood as non-refundable and also
implies the confirmation of the tour. The balance amount could be
paid 2 weeks ahead of the arrival or could be collected on arrival
of the guest.
Regarding*** the cash on arrival here are some requests required
by the banks and dealers related to our services, only expect to
accept the USD denominations of 100$ as a principle which must be
free from old and shabby, torn and stained without creases on the
notes issued in or after 1996 and the heading of the serial number
must not be with CB----etc. Neither credit card nor traveler check
will be accepted for the tour cost.
Complementary for every 16th member of the group is granted and
number of complementary is allowed up to 2 persons as maximum for
the group bigger than 32persons or more.
OUR tour rates are inclusive of
Accommodation in double or twin room with daily breakfast,
All meals as specified in the program,
All entrances fees,
Transfers and tours with specified language speaking local guides,
Boat fees where required,
Service charges and baggage handling,
Specified means of transport.
Exclusive of
Travel insurance,
Visa fee for Myanmar,
International airfare,
International airport tax in Myanmar,
Expenditure on personal requirements like medical expense and
personal nature, such as drinks, laundry, camera fee at the visited
spots etc,
Christmas and New Year’s dinner supplement (will be advised at the
time of sale).
Terms and conditions
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the confirmed reservation, a fee to the
case incurred will be charged accordingly. Hotels have a
cancellation deadline according to the number of client and special
conditions apply for beach resorts, cruises, special functions which
need to be prearranged, likewise for some particular service
providers.

Liability
Peace and Forever travels and tours acts as intermediary between the
concerned all service providers like all transport operators,
airlines, cruises, boats, cars etc and hotels, restaurants, as well
as local tourist offices providing the services.
PF Travels and Tours, is therefore not responsible for any loss,
injury or damage sustained by the tourists or clients, including
those occurring outside the tour programs.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, and natural
disaster or calamities, political actions and unrests must be borne
by the tourists or clients.
Our programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those
valid, at the time of negotiation and printing and are therefore
subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.
Participation in our tours implies the Tourists agreement to the
above mentioned conditions.
